Sütlaç/ Turkish Rice Pudding

Here you go my friends
1 glass of rice
1 lt tap water
1 lt whole milk
2 ½ glass of sugar
2 spoon of starch
50 gr vanillin

Dip the rice into 1 lt of water and heat until the rice is cooked and soften enough. Boil and stir it 5 minutes whilst adding the milk. In a different cup mix the starch and 1 glass of water to make the starch well-mixed. Add the starch mixture into boiling milk and rice and stir it well. Cook this mixture like 10 minutes. Add the sugar and vanillin finally and cook it 5 minutes more while stiring it. Take Sutlac into cups and keep it in refrigerator. You can also put on some cinnamon powder after it is cold enough then you may serve it. There you go.. Yummy!! :)
