You know what.. I am about to compose a song for my centrifuge. It is turning turning and making me dizzy dizzy,.. Last two weeks- days are considered as same. I got bored but at least I can overcome it. Yes, I am in the lab, biochem lab. My project is going Ok. Ok ok consider it ok lah. What I am doing right now, I am centrifuging my culture which has been already decolorized. Did I mention about my project title before? I don't think so, sorry yah. My project is about waste water treatment. My specific title is 'Optimization of Decolorization of Remazol Black B by Paenibacillus sp. R2 Strain Using Response Surface Methodology (RSM).Oh 5 min. is over now I have to rewash my culture with distilled water, ok I am back here. This is part of the experiment. I want to measure the OD to get starter culture. For this I have to centrifuge the culture in 13,200 rpm for 14 min. then wash it 2 times with distilled water to get the cell free extract yah. It is going so. I am walking from my hostel and from lab to my hostel everyday. It is very tiring yah! Oh I forgot, tomorrow Christians are celebrating Christmas. What a holiday... Expe expe experiments.. I love my experiments as long as they are giving positive result.. hihi So far so good.. Alhamdulillah keep it up mimi!
